I’m a Full-Stack Engineer and ICT Leader with a passion for building high-performance systems and scalable web applications. I thrive at the intersection of software architecture and infrastructure, where robust and scalable code meets reliable, secure network design.

Currently, I serve as the Information Technology Officer of Bohol Island State University, where I lead a lean, agile team in modernizing campus-wide digital services. In this role, I balance strategic departmental management with hands-on development, personally engineering systems that power the university’s daily operations.

My journey has been defined by a diverse technical landscape—from developing scalable web applications and managing network infrastructures as an Information Systems Analyst to lecturing on core engineering and programming theory as a faculty member. These experiences have shaped my philosophy of building products that are mathematically sound, architecturally resilient, and user-centric.

Off-screen, I stay energized by exploring local hiking trails, running, or slowing things down to focus on solving intricate puzzles. I find that the best solutions often come to me when I’m miles away from a keyboard.
